How do I care for my wool and cashmere items?
We recommend dry cleaning for all wool and cashmere items. Do not wash, bleach, or tumble dry. Hang dry only and do not iron directly on the fabric.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed. Contact us immediately at info@woolberry.shop to request changes or cancellation.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be used for any purchase on Woolberry.shop.
