Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

How to start a return

To start a return, you must contact us at info@woolberry.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Important: Do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return. Any unauthorized or unapproved return will be rejected and will not be processed for a refund.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
  • If we made an error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@woolberry.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right — including free return shipping and a replacement.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Items marked as "final sale"

Sale items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
