Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship exclusively within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. We also ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (2-4 weeks).
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us at info@woolberry.shop.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Woolberry.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered on your order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address will be subject to a reshipment fee of $7.99.
Delays
We do our best to meet shipping estimates, but delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, or carrier delays.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@woolberry.shop with photos and your order number.
