Measure your chest at the widest point while wearing a light undershirt.
Choose the size closest to your chest measurement. The regular fit is designed to skim the body without clinging. If between sizes, choose the larger for comfort.
Example: If your chest measures 40.9" (104 cm), choose size L for the intended regular fit.
