A plaid coat never goes out of style — it carries a heritage feel that works just as well over a suit as it does over a weekend sweater. This one pairs a 53.8% wool body with a detachable duck down liner: the wool breathes and insulates naturally, while the down liner (36–46 g depending on size) traps heat without adding bulk. The single-breasted front and turn-down collar keep things clean and versatile. Six sizes, one impeccably judged fit. This is the coat that bridges business and casual — and does it with the quiet confidence of a classic check.
- Material: 53.8% wool + 40% polyester — the warmth and softness of wool with the durability and shape retention of polyester. Wool/polyester lining.
- Liner: Detachable duck down liner (36–46 g) — zip it in for deep winter insulation, remove it for a lighter coat on milder days. One coat, multiple seasons.
- Pattern: Classic plaid — a timeless check that adds character without overwhelming.
- Fit & Length: Regular fit. Short to mid-length — hits at the hip to mid-thigh (approx. 29.5–33.1 inches). Single-breasted button closure. Turn-down collar.
- Details: Full-length sleeves, conventional cuffs. Clean design — the plaid speaks for itself.
- Season: Designed for autumn and winter; wear without liner on crisp days, with liner when the temperature drops.
- Care: Dry clean only. Remove down liner before cleaning. Store coat on a padded hanger. Store liner flat in a cool, dry place.
- Sizing: Available in 6 sizes up to 4XL. Model is 6'1" wearing size 180/XL. See size chart below.

Note: Length is measured from shoulder to hem. Sleeve length measured from shoulder seam. Down fill weight is for the detachable liner only. This coat is cut with a regular fit — choose based on your height and chest measurement. If wearing with the down liner, your usual size will fit comfortably. Please allow up to 1–2 cm (0.4–0.8") difference due to manual measurement.
How to Find Your Size
- Measure your chest at the widest point while wearing a mid-weight sweater — what you'd layer under this coat.
- Choose the size that matches your height and chest. The regular fit accommodates both configurations — with and without the detachable down liner. If between sizes, choose the larger for comfort.
- Example: If you're 5'11" (180 cm) with a 47" (120 cm) chest, choose size XL for the intended regular fit.
